Welcome to Interview Excellence Academy. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Interview Excellence Academy website (the "Site") and the services we offer, including our interviewer communication courses (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use the Services.

The Interview Excellence Academy logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Interview Excellence Academy or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our interviewer communication courses requires registration and payment of the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Interview Excellence Academy uses secure payment gateways to process payments. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Interview Excellence Academy does not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes as a result of participating in our courses. Success depends on various factors, including your individual skills, experience, and job market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interview Excellence Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site or Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Site or Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall Interview Excellence Academy's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to Interview Excellence Academy in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Interview Excellence Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site or Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Interview Excellence Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Site or Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site and Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Interview Excellence Academy relating to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Interview Excellence Academy with respect to the Site and Services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

14. Waiver

No waiver by Interview Excellence Academy of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Interview Excellence Academy to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
